Our Company

The Board of Directors of Harlem Cab Company Inc., dba Austin Cab Company are: Dr. James H. Means, Sr. & wife Mrs. Bertha S. Means, both retired educators, & their two sons, James H. Means, Jr. and Ronald L. Means.  Each has a responsibility in different areas regarding day to day management of the company.
 
We are a minority family owned and operated business enterprise. We drive and ride in our vehicles and manage our company to ensure that the customer is treated in a second to none fashion. We want our Independent Operators to represent our higher standards and business model in each course of contact with others and we strive to present the best impression thru them that we can.
